Parquesur Shopping Center

PARQUESUR is the largest shopping, leisure and restaurant center in the Community of Madrid and one of the largest in Spain. LOCATION AND ACCESS: Parquesur is located in Leganés, less than 9 kilometers from the heart of Madrid. It is an urban shopping center that can be accessed without detours from Paseo de La Castellana, the main artery of the capital towards the south of Madrid. In addition, it has excellent accesses from the main urban ring roads: M-30, M-40 and M-45, as well as magnificent communications by means of public transport, metro, bus and suburban train. ORIGINAL INAUGURATION: Parquesur was inaugurated in 1989, being one of the pioneers of the great Shopping Centers of Spain and practically the only one in the south of Madrid. In the following years, new projects were installed in its area of ​​influence, causing the level of competition to increase. This new situation led to the undertaking, in 2001, of an ambitious expansion project, which allowed the Center to reinforce, and even increase, its leadership position. EVOLUTION TO THE PRESENT: The expansion of Parquesur in 2005 turned the Center into the most complete shopping and leisure complex in the entire Community of Madrid with more than 200 fashion, catering, leisure, services, electronics and home stores. It currently has the presence of important labels such as Primark, C&A, El Corte Inglés, Media Markt, FNAC, Leroy Merlin, Alcampo, Verdecora, H&M, Zara and Kiabi; international design brands such as Desigual, Jules, Mango, Apple Store, Xiaomi; a bowling alley (Bowling Park); 12 cinemas (Cinesa) including a 3D room; two gyms (Paidesport and Altafit) and the 4-star Hotel Parquesur.
