At Fitness Superstore all of our fitness and gym equipment (such as treadmills and cross trainers) is sold with an onsite warranty. This basically means if your equipment develops a fault, we will send an engineer to your home to fix it without fuss. For less expensive strength equipment (such as weights benches, free weights and accessory items) we operate a "back to base" warranty. This is where we will collect the faulty product, repair or replace it and return it to you. In this situation Fitness Superstore will cover all carriage costs for products covered under our "back to base" warranty.
