Since PRIMARC concentrates on the development and marketing of commercial real estate properties with a special emphasis on office buildings, industrial estates, shopping centres, hotels and other specialised properties. Our services also include new building projects, as well as the redevelopment and revitalisation of properties. Whether it's the development of new structures, redevelopment or revitalisation, our expertise and commitment to quality rests in part on my more than 20 years of experience both in the real estate development and business consultant sectors. As branch Manager of one of Germany's largest project developers, my team and I developed between 1987 and 1994 business property in Hamburg worth 400 million German Marks. To this day, all these objects have remained profitable and been successfully sold on the open real estate market.
